Do I get XP if it was a dream?
This morning, I woke up from a dream in which I was roleplaying. There were perhaps eight to ten of us involved in the game, and I don't remember any of them as specific individuals. We were playing... Digimon? o.o;
The characters were all pretty young, which fits, but they were also at the control of giant robots which the digimon I've seen generally aren't, but that's what they were' in my dream-game. Two of the party members had been charmed/mind controlled and my character was busy trying to knock some sense into one of them with a lack of success. I guess my character was pretty out-classed by his bespelled friend, because there was a great deal of suspense as I was making some sort of defense roll. Failure would be baaad. I came up with a 19, though, and managed to fend off the blow. My stated action was something like (with appropriate pantomiming): "'What *crunch* the hell *crackrip* has gotten into you?!' I say, picking up a building and throwing it at him." Of course, then I rolled a 3 and missed entirely.
No idea what all that could be interpreted to mean, but it was interesting enough.
